Returns Policy

You can return an item for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

If for any reason you need to return your item, simply get in touch to let us know you're returning it and the reason for return.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging, please include receipt or proof of purchase.

To return, you should mail your item to DAC running, 148A Moneymore Road, Magherafelt, County Londonderry, BT45 6HL. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item you received was faulty or not as described your shipping costs will be refunded. We recommend using a tracked and signed for service as proof of posting and delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected to be in a resellable condition your full refund including original shipping costs will be issued and you will be notified by email.
